Help is on the way for Nanaimo residents living with a recent diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.
The non-profit Alzheimer Society of B.C. brings its free workshop, Getting to Know Dementia, to the city April 10. It runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the Nanaimo Alzheimer Resource Centre, 200 - 1585 Bowen Road.
