It's the start of summer swim season, and the Nanaimo White Rapids are splashing about merrily.
The swim club brought a contingent to the Sidney Sprint Challenge in Victoria this past weekend and swimmers posted terrific early-season times. The swimmers also showcased some chemistry, as the Rapids won the Div. 5 boys' 200-metre medley relay, the Div. 7 girls' 200m medley relay and the Div. 8 boys' 200m freestyle relay.
