Pirates, Royals will try again tonight

As long as the weather co-operates, it's game on.

The Nanaimo Pirates and Parksville Royals were supposed to play Wednesday night at Serauxmen Stadium, but the game was rained out and rescheduled for tonight (May 26).

The neighbouring teams are two of the best B.C. Premier Baseball League clubs so far in 2011. The Hub City Paving Pirates (11-2) are still holding down first place, but lost an exhibition game against the Royals on Monday in the finale of the B.C.'s Best tournament in Parksville.

Game time tonight at Serauxmen Stadium is 6 p.m.
