Nanaimo swimmer Tommy Gossland demonstrates technique to Nanaimo White Rapids athletes on Saturday at Bowen Park’s Kin Pool. Gossland, who will swim for Canada in the 4x100-metre freestyle relay at the Summer Olympics in London, led a stroke-and-turn clinic that afternoon. He is a former member of the White Rapids summer swim club.
