Jimmy Lapointe, a purple belt middleweight, earned gold in his division at the Seattle championship last month.
“A fantastic result…” said Robert Biernacki, Island Top Team instructor, in a press release. “[Lapointe] displayed everything we’ve been working on in training for the last couple of months in a couple of dominant submission victories.”
