Five local players get a chance to play some off-season football.
Football B.C. released a list of 132 players who have been invited to try out for Team B.C.’s under-18 squad for the Football Canada Cup in July. Barsby Bulldogs players Brad Robson and Nathan Berg and Nanaimo Redmen players Jordan Pugh, Ethan Schulz and Chae-Cody Faickney all received invitations.
Players will participate in a camp in Burnaby over the May long weekend and 40 standouts will be chosen to make up Team B.C.
