The V.I. Raiders want to expand their fan base by appealing to both genders.
Nanaimo’s Canadian Junior Football League club is hosting Football 101 for women this Saturday (April 2) from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Comox Field.
Cost is $25 for adults and $20 for children and students, which includes a T-shirt, lunch at the field and one drink ticket to a wine-and-cheese at the Diners’ Rendezvous following the clinic.
