The Nanaimo Women’s Recreational Fastball League is looking forward to that first crack of the bat, but organizers would love to sign up more players.
Women 18 and over, of any skill level, can participate in games twice a week, with regular Sunday games at the McGirr Sports Fields in north Nanaimo. The first games are scheduled for April 17.
