Bantam golfer third in province

Nanaimo’s Shirin Anjarwalla is one of the best golfers in the province for her age. Anjarwalla came third at B.C. Golf’s bantam girls’ championship last week in Surrey.

Anjarwalla came third at B.C. Golf’s bantam girls’ championship last week in Surrey.

She finished the two-day tourney 13 over par, 11 strokes back of winner Naomi Ko of Victoria. Anjarwalla was five strokes clear of fourth place.
