B-ball players can build skills

Central Vancouver Island Basketball is holding an ID camp for girls ages 10-17 wishing to participate in the club’s summer programs.

Female hoops players can keep driving to the basket, even though the regular season is over.

Central Vancouver Island Basketball is holding an identification camp for girls ages 10-17 wishing to participate in the club’s summer programs. Players will be split into youth, junior and senior teams and practise two or three times per week and play in up to six tournaments between May and July.

The identification camp is April 13-15 at Ladysmith Secondary School. Cost to participate in the camp is $175, or $165 before Saturday (March 31).
