Writer seems to pick facts out of thin air

To the Editor,

Re: Environmental groups unfairly represented, Letters, Dec. 13.

I find Liz Fox’s statement that Tom Fletcher should learn the difference between fact and fiction amusing.

If Fox was to actually do some real research, she would notice U.S. foundations have poured $50 million minimum to north coast First Nations to stop any oil pipeline.

She seems to pick her facts out of thin air. I do not know how else she obtains her information.

Large ships have been in and out of Kitimat for the last 50 years and I do not recall one mishap.

As far as I’m concerned, most environmentalists do not know much of the outdoors.
