Re: Adjudicator set up to deal with bylaws, Sept. 29.
The idea of a new adjudicator may seem like a win-win for the city, but it is a lose-lose for the citizens of Nanaimo.
If the current system is clogging the courts perhaps the city should reconsider how many bad tickets it issues.
The new system will only free up the bylaw officers to issue more tickets they are not required to defend.
Sounds like a huge cash grab to me.
