Re: Better access to Newcastle Island needed, Letters, June 18.
I have a great suggestion for the Newcastle Island Society – why doesn’t it put together a comprehensive plan for the ferry service they want?
Better still, it should finance and run it so it can make sure the proceeds will be enough to justify the costs.
All small ferry runs are losing money now. Do they think that this one should lose even more?
