Re: Council caps expenses for conferences, travel, May 5.
So Mayor McKay wanted to attend a mayor’s caucus in Fort St. John but can’t be bothered to do his job and attend council meetings in Nanaimo? How many meetings has he missed? And if he did attend the Fort St. John meeting, would he be as successful as he was in his trip to China?
Why does this mayor think taxpayers should fund whatever jaunts he wants to make while he neglects his duties here?
