Re: Repeat offender issue requires more resources, report suggests, Sept. 28.
While the authors of this government-commissioned report suggest solutions for growing problems, it reads like familiar political jive-talk with no real action. All the while there is continuing social discontent and disrespect for law and order and this merry-go-round of non-justice for repeat offenders while citizens are caught between two boulders with no sign whatsoever of real solutions to real problems.
