Re: RDN plans to create its own flag, Sept. 30.
This is the most egotistical thing I have ever heard about coming from the RDN, whose mindset believes that this is a ‘must have;’ however, it’s non-essential.
Of course, this will yet again fall to the over-taxed Nanaimo taxpayers who will comply without even one single protest.
These loony tunes must stop.
