To the editor,

Re: Monarchy’s role in government is well-balanced, Letters, June 15.

The writer has explained the intricacies of what it means. Our system of democratic governance that separates governing institutions and guards us against power grabs, corruption, dictatorships and extremism is outstanding, especially in these troubled times. The writer said it extremely well.

The Canadian constitution should be part of the curriculum for every student in every province in Canada. Every adult vote should be informed accordingly.
