Protesters voice opposition to the Kinder Morgan pipeline project. ASHLEY WADHWANI/Black Press

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Block pipeline project

The Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion is a bad idea on every level, says letter writer

To the editor,

Re: Protesters have valid concerns, Letters, March 15.

The Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion is a bad idea on every level. Do the ‘why’s’ really need to be discussed?

I and thousands like me voted for an NDP government that saw this clearly and is now standing by their word. There is no political posturing here.

To big oil and the politicians in their pockets I say that you are on the wrong side of history.

To you everyday folk with oil jobs, time to start looking for a new job. Might I recommend the renewables sector?
