Re: Fee proposed for meter readings, July 16.
That B.C. Hydro wants to recover the cost of meter-reading the old style meters seems reasonable.
However they should also credit those accounts with the cost of the smart meter plus installation, that is being saved by continuing to use the old equipment. After all, fair is fair.
