Re: Parking plan targets downtown parkades, July 3.
I love going to the Old City Quarter and downtown; it has so much more character and interest that the big box stores. Even a few parking tickets have not stopped me from going several times a week. It is part of my routine of socialization, exercise and entertainment.
Spending money I do not have to park, will certainly curtail my outings and has me giving serious thought as to where I will spend my time and do my shopping.
