Re: HST costs average family $350 a year, May 7.
Why would I vote for this lunacy? Campbell and his minions deliberately misled us as to costs and job creation numbers.
I, for one, refuse to reward conduct that should have these ne’er do wells logging years of striped sunlight. Everyone knew from day one that it wasn’t revenue-neutral, yet they knowingly made false statements.
I’m not taking it on the chin because they were so incompetent and tried to slide this by us.
We have a unique opportunity here to let politicians know that there is a price to be paid for this bungling.
Yes, it cost Gordon Campbell his job, but if we punt the HST, no government in this province (and hopefully country)will even attempt this treachery again.
