Government cost B.C. well-paid union jobs

Re: Ship shape, Oct. 22.

To the Editor,

Re: Ship shape, Oct. 22.

A contract the B.C. Liberals had control over, the building of the B.C. ferries, was awarded to a German company because there wasn’t, according to them, enough skilled labour in B.C.’s shipbuilding industry.

Now the federal government has awarded the building of military ships to these same unskilled workers.

Think of all those high paying union jobs.
