To the Editor,
In March of this year, I allowed B.C. Hydro to install one of the new smart meters in my house.
At the time, I was paying $241 monthly for a two-bedroom bungalow with two people living there, one computer and one television.
In June, my hydro bill rose to $281. In November, my bill was $330.42.
Nothing has changed in my home in the four months since June.
Can someone explain this to me?
