Re: Educators need to be advocates for students, Letters, Dec. 22.
Unbelievable comments regarding what he considers problem areas in the Nanaimo school district.
This currently exists in every other school district in B.C., in every other province in Canada and across the border into the United States.
Derek De Gear must start facing up to reality and listening to the facts.
The year is 2011, the world is in an economic crisis and this will be part of history.
There is nothing that can be done. This will all turn around in due course.
