The letter of R. Ohly shouldn’t stand uncontradicted.
I never wrote in my letter anything about radiation or sunburn.
The content of my letter was the fairytale of many so-called scientists that the greenhouse gas CO2 causes climate changes.
I said – and this has been proven – that climate change is a natural process for bilions of years and not a phenomenon of the last hundreds of years.
A reradiation of heat from Earth back again is only possible by reflection. The CO2 in the atmosphere is not able to reflect heat as its molecules have no reflectivity.
By the way, scientists don’t say the atmosphere has a greenhouse effect.
If this was a reality, the heat of the sun wouldn’t penetrate the atmosphere to warm Earth as the atmosphere has no “check valve effect” that heat from sun can penetrate.
Of course I know that the atmosphere prevents dangerous radiation from sun to Earth.
It seems Ohly mixed up some things and should be more objective.
