Re: Downtown offers much other areas of Nanaimo can’t, Guest Comment, March 12.
Wow, how on the mark Frank Murphy is.
We have owned a downtown business since 2004 and have noticed the vitality growing and of course the number of people that use the downtown even if they don’t live here.
North-enders in particular seem to think that coming downtown is a trek.
The north end shopping malls and eateries are fine, but they are the same as in every city in Canada.
Nanaimo downtown is unique. Go Nanaimo.
