Hello. I have resided in Nanaimo 11 years and find this city to be my favourite by far. And as I see it, Nanaimo government is certainly acting in good faith to keep this city vibrant and inviting to us and our friendly visitors. We have a great city. We are adding to the community, not taking away, regardless.
I do wish to express my interest in creating a closed street market in the downtown core at least once per midweek, similar to the market in Sidney, B.C.
I do enjoy showing off my city to my out-of-town guests. Nanaimo is a really nice place every day of the year.
