Bill Ostle passed away peacefully on April 4, 2005. He leaves to mourn many friends and relatives. Left are his sons: Gerald (Sandra), Raymond (Cheryl), stepson Ted Coulthard, stepdaughter Norma Jean Borgerson, stepdaughter Debbie Coulthard. Also five grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren, as well, siblings Jack Ostle (Wilma), Sarah Gueulette, Mary Robinson (Doug) and special friend Margaret Pollock. Predeceased first wife Antoinette and predeceased second wife Mildred. Bill was born in Nanaimo and spent most of his life here except for a short period of time in Victoria serving in the Navy. He operated Bill’s Service Station for years and later worked at Robinson Rentals until retiring. He enjoyed his family, bowling, camping and boating. During his retirement he went traveling. A funeral will be held on Saturday April 9, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 10:30am. Flowers are gratefully declined, in lieu, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
