It is with heavy heart's that we announce the passing of Wilf Grinde on April 17, 2020.
He retired from the Edmonton Fire Department as Captain after 30 years of service. Wilf loved his job and respected his men.
He had 28 years of happiness spending his summers fishing. The winters in Yuma with Myrna square dancing, playing cards making new friends.
Survived by his wife Myrna; Children, Sherry; Darren; Kathy and Chris; Grandchildren, Dan & Casey; Amanda & Garrett; Nic; Ashley & Arron; Stephanie & Conner. Great Grandchildren, Grayson; Halle; Koen, Ayden
Thank you to the Nanaimo #3 Fire Engine for the drive by they did for Wilf. As it happened Wilf passed away later that day.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
