November 21, 1944 - September 29, 2018
Born November 22nd, 1944 in Willowbunch, SK, Wayne Beler was raised and grew up there until he joined the RCAF at eighteen years of age. He proudly served as an MP and was stationed overseas until he returned to RCAF in Comox, BC, where he met his wife. They moved to Nanaimo and he attended Malaspina College taking accounting classes. He then worked for the City of Nanaimo for 30 years, raising his family, up until his retirement in 2003.

He was a father, grandfather, husband, son, brother, and friend whose greatest joys were his granddaughters, Ella and Audrey. His quick and witty sense of humour will be missed.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Trillium Woodgrove Manor for their compassion for dad and assistance to our family during his comfort care.
