It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Wanda on March 1, 2016. She was suddenly taken away from us and will be forever missed.
Wanda is survived by her children, Rachel, Amanda, and Waylon; grandchildren, Emily, Dylan, Alexandra, and Brooklyn; parents, Marlene Lawson and Albert Gasper; step-mother, Marlene Gasper; sisters, Twyla, Maria (Bert), and Serena (Brandon); nieces and nephews, Joshua, Hunter, Victoria, Spencer, and Emma; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
Wanda’s fun-loving personality drew people to her. She loved people and socializing. She will always be remembered for her kind and forgiving nature, her laugh, and her bravery.
Funeral services were held on March 7, 2016 at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1 Newcastle Ave, Nanaimo, BC.
