November 17, 1947 - February 24, 2021
It's with unbearable sadness that we announce the passing of Vivien Barth, who lost her long, courageous and valiant battle against illness February 24, 2021. Born in Rocky Mountain House, AB on November 17, 1947, she was predeceased by her husband Garry. Among the many left to mourn are her daughter and son, Lory and Jason and their families, and her sisters Coral and Cheryl and their families.
A true light in a dark world any who knew Vivien will always remember her smile and her laughter, her mischievous personality and her genuine joy in living each and every day. She was always especially proud of her children and her many grandchildren. Having worked in the restaurant business in both Nanaimo and in Chilliwack, she was a fixture in the lives of the many who knew her.
She is loved beyond measure, she is missed and she will never be forgotten. The World is poorer for its loss, but Heaven is richer as it has just received a new, bright and shining Angel.
