Vincenzo Bruno (Jim) Naso passed away on April 1, 2019 peacefully surrounded by family at his home in Nanoose Bay. He was born in Cranbrook on December 8, 1932 to Bruno and Maria (Gareffa) Naso. Jim is survived and will be missed by his loving wife Sonja of 60 years, son Robert, daughter Karin (Hansjorg), son Mike (Sandra), five grandchildren Eleasha, Kristina, Dylan, Justin, Mike, two step-grandchildren Devon, Darion and one great-granddaughter Kinsley, sister Rose of Cranbrook as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousin.
Special thanks to doctors and home care. A private family gathering will take place to celebrate Jim's life. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Jim may donate to the Kidney Foundation.
