Vi Mae Jamieson

After a three month battle with cancer, in the company of her husband, sister and niece, ViMae passed away in the tender care of the Palliative Care Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. She will be sincerely missed by her mother, husband, sister & brother-in-law, nieces, great nieces and nephews, dear friends, and all who crossed her path.
A woman who lived life with a purpose. Loved her husband and his music; her family meant everything. She loved the sun, especially going to Vegas with her sister, mom and nieces.
There will never be another Vi. We will miss you so much. Till we meet again. You’ll be in our hearts forever.
A service to celebrate her life will be held, with reception to follow, at Sands Funeral Chapel, 1 Newcastle Ave, September 30, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Palliative Care Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital would be so appreciated.
