born in Victoria, BC passed away peacefully in Dufferin Place, Nanaimo, BC on February 27, 2004. Vera is survived by her loving husband Tom, 2 sons Gordon (Marg) and Allan (Laurie), 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Vera spent 37 years on the B.C. Coast as a Lightkeepers wife. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 4725 Falaise Drive, Saanich, BC on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to the A.L.S. Society would be appreciated.
