Loving husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at NRGH on Sunday August 29, 2010. He was predeceased by his mother Vincy, father Raymond and sister Millicent.
He is survived by his wife Virginia, daughter Orianna (Don), son Leigh (Cory), grandchildren Alyssa and Kevan, and his brother Fred (Aline). He was also loved dearly by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Special thanks to Dr. T.J. Davies who allowed Tom to maintain the best quality of life. Thank you also to Dr, Marc Teixeira, Dr Calvin, nurses Cora and Ellen.
Tom was a member of the American Rights Away Association, and an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 257.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2010 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Branch 257 Legion in Lantzville.
Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
