Thomas Joseph CIESLOWSKI
July 22, 1953 – December 17, 2016
After a long, stoic struggle, Tom (Big T) passed on Saturday, December 17th in the Palliative Care Unit at NRGH, with his partner, Marion and brother, John at his side.
Tom is survived by mother, Joan; sister-in-law, Lori (Cam & Alex); sisters, Carolyn (John) Motyer and Elaine in Ontario. He was predeceased by his father, John and son, Derek.
Tom and his phone calls will be missed by many family members and friends in both Ontario & Nanaimo.
In keeping with Tom’s wishes, no service will be held. Interment will take place in Ontario in the Spring of 2017.
