In loving memory ~
On Saturday, December 18 the friendly Harewood Super-Valu meat cutter passed away suddenly. He is predeceased by father (Arthur / Bud) and mother (Margeary) of 4th Street in Harewood.
His career started at 16 years old and ended upon his retirement 50 years later. He was 78 years old and is survived by his loving wife (Moireen), daughter (Jill), son (Paul), daughter- in-law (Corina) and granddaughters (Morgan & Ryann). He also leaves behind his brother (Ron).
He could be seen on regular walks covering an area from Southend Nanaimo, Harewood, Chase River to Quarterway. He appreciated travel to places such as Hawaii, Hong Kong and New York City. During these trips, he enjoyed balconies, club floors, airport lounges and business class seats. Next time you think of him, raise a glass of Chardonnay and enjoy.
There will be no funeral as requested and donations can be made in his memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
