Thelma Bradbury (nee Booth)

Thelma Bradbury (nee Booth) born January 31, 1930 in Nanaimo, BC and passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 24, 2019 in Ladysmith, BC. Thelma was married in 1949 to the love of her life, Bud in Nanaimo, BC. She was a dedicated mother, and housewife and later spent many hours volunteering within the community - specifically with the Nanaimo Eagles, Red Hat Society of Nanaimo and at the Port Theatre.
Thelma is predeceased by her loving husband Leroy (Bud) Bradbury, son William (Bill) Bradbury and survived by her daughter Carol Warkentin, daughter in law Kathy, grandchildren, Trevor (Kyla) Bradbury, Tyler Gardner, Michael Bradbury, Lindsay (Jeff) Cote, Bailey (Liam) Ellis, Great Grand Children Lily and Kai Ellis, Jocelynn and Ryder Gardner, Whitney and Natasha Bradbury, and Jacquelyn Cote.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Ladysmith Lodge on 4th for their ongoing care and kindness.
A Celebration of life will be held 2 pm - 4 pm on Sunday, December 15 at the Ladysmith Eagles (921 - 1st Avenue Ladysmith, BC).
