TERRY JAMES EASTHOM
1940 - 2015
Gone but not forgotten memories of you forever in our hearts.
We sadly, and formally announce the passing of Terry James Easthom on December 17th., 2015 at Nanaimo B.C.
Terry was predeceased by his parents, James and Margaret Easthom and his sister Barbara Clarkson.
Terry leaves to mourn, three children, Randy James Easthom of Stratford, Ontario, Jocelyn Paige Franco of Terrace, B.C., and Gordon James Gilbert of Fort St John, B.C., including their spouses, and seven grandchildren.
Terry is also mourned by his sister Sandra Clapham, his brother Michael Eastham sister in law Corinne Eastham as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and also some very special and close friends in Nanaimo.
As a young man, Terry joined the R.C.A.F. at 16 years of age, and later continued his life in Sales throughout Canada and the USA. In his active years, Terry was always involved in either curling, or softball.
Terry retired on Gabriola Island, and later moved to Nanaimo where he spent his last years active in the Moose at Chase River. His passion was caring for his favourite companion Zoe, a Welsh Terrier who was always at his side, and watching every sports channel that his TV had to offer.
Terry requested no Service or Celebration of his life, and suggested that a donation made to the Nanaimo S.P.C.A. would be great.
Terry will be sadly missed.
