Terence Alexander Benner
December 7, 1948 - December 5, 2016
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Terence Alexander Benner, on Monday, December 5, 2016 two days shy of his 68th birthday.
Terry was born December 7, 1948 in Nanaimo, BC to Bill and Faye (Coulombe) Benner, and lived in Nanaimo all of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Laura, his mother, Annette (Faye) Benner, his two daughters of whom he was extremely proud, Kelly Paloposki (Chris) and Quinn Warren (Bryan), and three beautiful grandchildren, Hailey, Tatum and Brayden. He is also survived by his brother, Ray Benner of Taber, AB, his sister, Joanne Orser of Ponoka, AB as well as loving nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, William (Bill) Benner, in 1993.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Dec. 29, 2016 from 1-3pm at the Lantzville Legion, 7227 Lantzville Rd., Lantzville, BC.
