It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden andunexpected passing of Pat Hopkins. She will be greatly missed by her husband Norman. Pat is survived by her mother Mabel Franklin, two brothers Gordon and George, and sister Wilma Bye, all of Ontario; and her son Patrick (Frances) Taylor and grandchildren Kristine and William. She will also be mourned by her many relations, in-laws, friends and neighbours that she loved so dearly. A memorial tea will be held at the Ladysmith Legion on Wednesday, May 27 at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Chemainus Health Care Clinic.
