Burns, Rose
Aged 89 years passed away April 01, 2006 in Nanaimo Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Pat in 1983. She is survived by one son Lyle (Caron) Burns, two grandchildren, Pat (Jennifer) Burns, Janice (Blaine) Mattu. 4 great grandchildren: Ryan, Bailey, Coulson and Gracie. Rose will be missed by many relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 29th at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Mount Benson Funeral Home, 125 Wallace Street, Nanaimo, BC. A special thank you to all those who cared for Rose at Kiwanis House, Dufferin Central Drugs, Home Care and Community Nurses and Dr. Schulson, we are sincerely grateful. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
