Ronald Arthur Jones
July 21, 1932 ~ February 20, 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Arthur Jones. Ron passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital on Saturday, February 20th, 2016, with his family by his side.
Ron will be lovingly remembered by his wife Nora, their three children, 7 grandchildren and his six siblings.
Ron was active in his community and never missed the men’s golf mornings, the afternoons shooting pool at the clubhouse, or the weekly bowling league. He will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Canadian Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
