Stephen, born in Victoria to Phil and Cathy Armstrong, passed peacefully at NRGH surrounded by love. Reunited in heaven with his father after 22 years. Stephen will also be surrounded by many relatives and friends who have gone before.
Survived by his mother Cathy, sister Gayle, brother in law Clive, nephew Drew (Gail), niece Lori (Trevor), great nieces Regan and Jordana, Aunt Leone, Aunt Donna, Uncle Walt and many cousins.
Words cannot express our sincere gratitude for Shannon, his devoted key worker, Kathryn and her Island Way staff, past and present, for their dedication and excellent care of Stephen for the past 30 years.
A Celebration of Stephen's Life will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 394 Shepherd Ave Nanaimo, BC. V9R 3X1 on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 2p.m.
