Peter Enns
October 4, 1924 - November 23, 2015
Peter passed away peacefully on November 23, 2015 at Malaspina Gardens in Nanaimo at the age of 91. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Donna, son Bob (Linda), Hazel, grandchildren, Curtis and Jennifer and five great grandchildren. Peter is predeceased by Mildred, his loving wife of 64 years, brothers Henry, Vic, and sister Madelaine.
After raising a family in Winnipeg Manitoba, Peter and Mildred moved to Nanaimo in 1988 and built their second home on Lost Lake Rd. Many pleasurable times were had discovering Vancouver Island’s scenic destinations, campsites and fishing its waters. Most memorable was the making of many great friends in Nanaimo.
Peter will be greatly missed by friends and family but his big smile, kindness to help others and spirit will be remembered forever. Services will be held on Friday December 4 at 2:00 PM at the Brechin United Church - 1998 Estevan Rd. Nanaimo.
