Passed away peacefully on February 7, 2020 in Nanaimo, B.C. Percy was born on March 27, 1934 in Nanaimo, B.C. He will be sadly missed and never forgotten by his family and many friends.
A celebration of his life will be on Saturday March 14, 2020 from 1- 5 pm in The Moose Hall 1356 Cranberry Road, Nanaimo, B.C.
