In Loving Memory of Penny Jane Neil
February 27, 1947 – June 7, 2017
Penny was born in Collingwood, Ontario, she moved to Cedar with her Family at the age of 5 where she grew up, found her husband Brian of 45 years. Penny and Brian remained in Cedar to raise there 5 children and many others. She was a nurturing mother and a good friend, wife, and sister. She is predeceased by her parents Wilf and Dorothy Gilchrist, husband Brian and brother Garth. Survived by her children Tina, Gordon (Wendy), Garth (Monica), Leah (James), Mary (Ray). Grandchildren Bailey, Darien, Isaiah, Troy, Mary, Raymond, Annabelle. Brian, John, Jolie, Gunner. Great-granddaughter Hunter. Sisters Barb, Carol, Bonnie, Joy, Darlene, and extended family. There will be no celebration of life, as to her wishes. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
