Patrick was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
He leaves his wife Elizabeth of 63 years; his children; Catherine Ann, John Patrick, Corlene Marie, Claire Ellen, William James, 21 grandchildren, 16 great grand children, sisters; Hettie Bea Maheu, Elenor Fleming, brother; Don O'Keefe, along with many nieces and nephews as well as the family of Lolly and Morris.
Patrick is predeceased by his father; James O'Keefe, mother; Annie O'Keefe, brothers; William O'Keefe, Michael O'Keefe, Edward O'Keefe, sisters; Sabina Scott, and Mary Francis Skrypnyk.
Patrick was a plumber by trade, a member of Knights of Columbus - 4th degree, worked for the RDN for many years, an entrepreneur, a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
No one loved us more than our wonderful dad/grandpa. He always enjoyed planning family get togethers whether coffee or a beach day at the trailer. We know you are in heaven and no longer suffering.
We are really going to miss you, but goodbyes are not forever...we all look forward to being together again. We love you Dad/Grandpa!
