It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Omer after a long struggle with Muscular Dystrophy. Omer quietly slipped away in the afternoon of May 15th, 2018.
His calm and gentle demeanor will be missed by all of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years, Frances, his children; Bruce (Sally), Paul, Lisa (Bill), his granddaughters Chelsea and Ashley and great grandchildren Cohen, Hudson and Baby Brooks.
We will have a celebration of his life June 2nd, in the clubhouse @ 6738 Dickinson Road, Nanaimo, between 1 and 5 pm.
Please no flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada in his honour.
